Ambigram
04-17-09So… its been a while since I last posted something, I promise Im gonna try to start posting stuff regularly again, anyway, here is some type stuff I’ve been working on lately. I read Angels and Demons recently and they talk a lot about ambigrams (An ambigram, also sometimes known as an inversion, is a typographical design that spells out one or more words not only in its form as presented, but also from another view point, direction or orientation) so I decided to try and make one with my name, it was kinda hard at the beginning but I really liked the end result, I think its nice typographic exercise.

12-08-08Ok, so I heard about this by reading a post on my friend Nic’s blog “…PIGMag is offering 6 free to download nike shoe template as .psd so you can create your dream kicks. cool huh?…” and I couldnt resist the temptation of creating my own design, so after a few hours of playing with photoshop here they are! The Monster Series! by Jaime Arvizu, hope you guys like them and create some shoes of your own.
